Sustainable Ballard and Backyard Barter are pleased to host an evening of community and food.

Enjoy a potluck dinner and barter!

6:30-7:30 set up, check out other people's stuff and eat dinner.
7:30-9:00 get your barter on!

What to bring:
• homemade or homegrown food
• homemade crafts
• an offer of labor/skill/mentorship
• your Thanksgiving leftovers or holiday goodies for the potluck
• please bring your own dishes this month for the potluck

What not to bring:
• store-bought items

Solar Cookout Extravaganza!

Join us – everyone welcome – as we attempt to assemble the most solar cookers ever at a single cookout and have fun while we do it. Bring your cookers and the contents for your recipe to the Ravenna Eckstein Comm Center field anytime after noon, (cooker sitters will be available) then we will potluck after 5:30 on whatever is cooked during the day. Bring the family, friends and your picnic supplies. Music will be included to add to the fun. If you don't have your own cooker, show up anyway and learn something!!
