On October 7th - 9th, 2010, the Outdoors for All Foundation, Mountainfilm on Tour & Eddie Bauer First Ascent are teaming up to bring award winning films AND climbing legends Ed Viesturs, Jim Whittaker and his son Leif Whittaker to the Magnuson Park Community Theater in Seattle (7:00pm). Saturday night will feature the film Bag It with special guest speaker and local artist Chris Jordan. Indulge in some pulse pounding, thought provoking and captivating films while also getting to hear the very dynamic presentations by these climbing icons and a local creative artist.

The Master of Environmental Studies (MES) program at The Evergreen State College will be showing Beyond the Motor City, a new PBS documentary directed by acclaimed filmmaker Aaron Woolf (King Corn) and produced as part of BLUEPRINT AMERICA, the precedent-setting, multi-platform initiative—produced by Thirteen/WNET and funded by the Rockefeller Foundation—that shines a spotlight on one of our country’s most critical issues: America’s decaying and neglected infrastructure.
