Join science writers on tour and science talk on beer. Brewer Dean Mochizuki will field questions and give sample.
We will be joined by Jason Parker, who will describe flavor characteristics. He is a former professional brewer at the Pike, Redhook and Pyramid breweries and an expert on the chemistry of beer.

Wednesday October 28, 600 to 8:00 pm
Cost: $12 for NSWA members; $17 for non-members. (Includes tour and six tastes. Food is buy your own.)
