Job Title: Nature Camp Naturalist

Location of Work: Magnuson Park in Northeast Seattle. Seattle area field trip sites as selected by Seattle Audubon Society. Meetings and/or training may also be held at the Seattle Audubon office, 8050 35th Ave. NE, Seattle, WA 98115.

Purpose: Support Seattle Audubon Society in offering top-notch educational programs to youth through Nature Day Camps.

Trail Mix, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director. We are a non-profit organization based in Juneau, Alaska dedicated to improving and expanding the Capital City's Trail System through planning, construction, maintenance, fundraising, volunteer recruitment and public education. Under the direction of a board of directors, the Executive Director is responsible for developing, planning and executing major trail projects and maintenance activities.

Location

Purpose: Support Seattle Audubon Society in offering top-notch educational programs to youth through Nature Day Camps.

Qualifications: Requires BA/BS in science, education, or related field, and experience working with children. Camp or teaching experience preferred. First Aid and CPR certification required by start of work.

Commitment: Full time, seasonal. Full-season is 11 weeks, June 21 – September 3, (one week of training/set up, 10 weeks of camp, then clean up. This includes breaking down camp at the end of the summer).
