The Account Manager position is a quota bearing sales rep responsible for proactively maintaining existing Agency accounts and acquiring new business within the Federal Government. The Account Manager will uncover and close sales opportunities for additional SumTotal products and services. This position also contributes significantly to ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
