Primary Responsibilities: The Mid Market Manager position is a quota bearing sales rep responsible for proactively maintaining existing customer accounts and acquiring new business in an assigned geographical territory for customers/prospects between 2,000 and 9.999 employees. The Mid Market Manager will uncover and close sales opportunities for additional SumTotal products and services. This position also contributes significantly to ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and retention
