Position description
The Volunteer Vacation Intern is a seasonal field-based position located at various USFS Forest and National Parks. The intern will work as an assistant crew leader on trail and help manage camp for WTA’s Volunteer Vacation program. The intern works directly with the Chief Crew Leader and reports directly to WTA’s Project Coordinator. Position is based out of Seattle.

Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Safely motivate and lead a crew of ten volunteers of diverse backgrounds and ages
• Work directly with Chief Crew Leader

Position description
The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time seasonal position located in the Seattle area. The Logistics Coordinator will ensure that WTA’s Volunteer Vacation program is provided with necessary food and gear to support over 45 trips. The Logistics Coordinator works directly with the Chief Crew Leaders and reports directly to WTA’s Project Coordinator. Position is based out of North Bend.

Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Determine food and gear requirements based on volunteer sign ups

Position description
The District Trail Crew Leader is a full-time seasonal field-based position located on USFS Forests and National Parks in Washington. This position is responsible for leading volunteer trail maintenance work parties in the assigned district and working with Forest Service and National Park Service trail crews. Positions are available on two districts in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie Forest and one in Mount Rainier National Park. The position reports directly to WTA’s Field Director.
