Conservation Movie Night
In the Valley of the Wolves. the three-year struggle for the dominance of the coveted Lamar Valley in Yellowstone National Park. Discussion afterward of what is currently happening to wolves.

Seattle Greendrinks had a blow-out celebration of five years connecting Seattle's environmental community on 10 June 2008, with nearly 1,100 enjoying crafts at Alchemy Goods, tea at The Pear Garden, delicious food and DJ's miss b. wonder jones and KEXP's Riz at Herban Feast's SoDo Park.

This documentary reveals the human face of a tragic statistic — 61 percent of Baltimore's African-American boys fail to graduate from high school; 50 percent of them go on to jail.

The four young boys featured in "The Boys of Baraka," despite individual talents and considerable personal charms, cannot escape the common fate expressed by those options. But fate, as documented in this film, comes to them with a remarkable and fickle twist — an experimental boarding school in rural Kenya.
