The Salmon Homecoming forum takes place Thursday, September 11 at the Seattle Aquarium. The Celebration is Friday-Sunday, September 12-14 in Waterfront Park, adjacent to the Aquarium on the Downtown Seattle Waterfront. This year’s theme is “The Drum Beats for Everyone“.

Salmon Homecoming is all about the people of the Pacific Northwest, whoever they are and whatever they do. That means we’re here for you, because your health, spirit and even your sustainable economy is most certainly about the salmon.

Green for Good is bringing the Green Edmonds Festival to the Pacific Northwest.
This outdoor festival will provide a fun and friendly environment for Green businesses and organizations to showcase their products, services and ideas and for attendees to learn how to live a Greener, healthier lifestyle. Exhibitors will offer everything from home improvement ideas to children's products to organic foods to arts and crafts. Sessions scheduled throughout the day on the solar-powered stage will provide easy, cost-effective ideas for living a Greener life.

Presented in partnership with the Salmon Homecoming celebration on the Seattle Waterfront September 12-14

Celebrate the return of local salmon with Seattle Art Museum. Use an underwater camera to discover what lives in Puget Sound. Get up close with fish scales using a microscope. Create your own fish hat and salmon prints. Explore the stages of the salmon life cycle. Learn what you can do on land to help protect salmon. Hands on art activities, games, and tours for families.
