Featuring local food creations with Washington-grown, organic and sustainable, farm fresh food, Seattle City Council President Richard Conlin will talk about what the city is doing to support local food. Chef Seth Caswell of the Seattle Chef’s Collaborative will prepare the meal, and Washington farmers will provide the ingredients from their organic & sustainable farms.
