We need you to shop for groceries! Agent Green is an organized mob that helps local businesses live their values. Our next mission is to help the Central Co-op's Madison Market go green.

On October 24, 25% of all sales at the Central Co-op's Madison Market will be dedicated to energy efficient retrofits and other improvements to make the store a more environmentally-friendly place to shop. Our purchasing power, combined with the Seattle City Light’s cash rebates for energy efficient upgrades, will create the capital and inertia needed to aid Central Co-op's Madison Market in drastically reducing its energy use.

This won’t be your typical day of shopping. The Agent Green team will be at the store from 10:00am-2:00pm. There will be food vendors present and Slow Skate will be performing in the store from 12:00-1:00pm. We will be accepting food donations for Northwest Harvest at the event. Any time during the day you can take your Central Co-op receipt over to Bluebird Ice Cream and you will get a free second scoop with the purchase of your first scoop.

In appreciation for joining the cause Bluebird Ice Cream will be hosting a private party complete with drinks and a live band. Your Central Co-op receipt is your ticket to the party.

The Central Co-op will never be the same after October 24th. The more people that shop, the bigger the impact we can have!
