Meet with Jeff Weismann, owner of the Great Harvest Bread Company in Lake Forest Park. Jeff buys socially and environmentally responsible wheat from Wade ...Troutman, a wheat farmer in Eastern Washington. Wade sets aside 30 to 40% of his land to protect habitat for the grouse.
