Seattle Renewable Energy's 2009 Community Solar presentation drew a big audience. Now 7 months later Leslie Moynihan,Community Solar Program Manager, Seattle City Light will continue our conversation. She will fill us in on the DOE award, the city-owned community solar project and our plans for how people can participate.
