Leading in Challenging Times: A Personal Leadership Foundations Seminar

Today’s realities demand that more of us take the lead as never before. But how we lead in the challenging climate we live in today, takes a new set of tools.

There are multitudes of ways we are "asked" to lead...

• the lead at work, as we innovate with inspiration and purpose,
• the lead in our communities, as we organize for sustainability and civic action,

Whatever the situations we find ourselves needing to lead, the challenge is in HOW we lead. We ultimately have two broad choices:

• move forward from purpose, using a series of powerful questions to illuminate the particular dynamics of the situation we're in and what we are to do
