The first Living Buildings have been completed and certified, but how are they doing? Join us this month for a review of the first Five Certified Living Buildings. Next Tuesday, January 10th, Amanda Sturgeon, the Certification Director for the International Living Building Challenge will be with us to review the initial performance results from early Living Building Challenge certified projects. She will be discussing LBC case studies including data monitoring, comparisons of actual and predicted performance, and an overall review of best practices and lessons learned. To Register:

Presenter: Amanda Sturgeon, ILBI Certification Director
Amanda is the Certification Director at the International Living Building Institute (ILBI). She is a licensed architect with fifteen years experience designing and managing some of the most sustainable buildings in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining ILBI, Amanda was a founding board member of the Cascadia Green Building Council and a Senior associate at Perkins Will, where she co-directed the Sustainable Design Initiative.
