Please join us in Seattle for this NWAEP lunch and learn on January 18, 2018 at Noon for a presentation by Deep Green Wilderness. Come learn about issues facing the Salish Sea and watch an award-winning short documentary film and Q&A with Captain Kevin Campion. Bring your own lunch and a friend!

Set sail with the crew of Orion as they voyage to the heart of the Pacific Northwest in The Unknown Sea: A Voyage on the Salish. This short documentary film expedition investigates the historical, political and ecological factors that went into the recognition of our newest inland sea. Join Producer and Director, Captain Kevin Campion in a screening of The Unknown Sea accompanied by a discussion about issues affecting the Salish Sea and information about our newest film project Right Over the Edge: In Search of the North Pacific Right Whale.

The Unknown Sea: A Voyage on the Salish won audience choice awards at Ellensburg and Friday Harbor film festivals and was an official selection at Wild and Scenic Film Festival, Tacoma Film Festival, and Local Sightings Film Festival.

Please RSVP on the NWAEP webpage at: http://nwaep.org/event-2781518
