Cascadia has an outstanding opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator. The person in this role will be responsible for providing a positive first impression to our company’s clients and visitors by serving as a front desk receptionist. Additionally, the Admin Coordinator will manage general office operations and assist with administrative tasks in support of HR, finance, operations, and Cascadia projects.
Primary job responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
•Manage all office operations to include: order office supplies, building maintenance requests, distribute mail, maintain office files and company library, manage building keys, update company Rolodex, oversee company vehicle maintenance, and maintain general office appearance.
•Answer Cascadia’s main phone line, respond to inquiries, direct calls, receive & refer office visitors.
•Act as the Project Management Officer (PMO) by opening, closing and monitoring projects in Cascadia’s project management software system (Deltek Vision) throughout their duration including working with project managers to update project plans and monitor workloads.
•Perform word processing tasks to include note taking, editing/proofreading documents, internet research, and composing correspondence and presentations for internal and external clients.
•Organize and execute special projects or events such as assisting with office moves, coordinating Cascadia’s annual holiday party, and ordering food and supplies for office celebrations and meetings.
•Assist with complex scheduling, workload planning and securing travel arrangements for staff and potential Cascadia hires. Provide administrative support for new hire orientation, recruitment, and HR related tasks.
•Assist with project work to include managing logistics for trainings and workshops, coordinating materials and volunteers, and performing data entry and analysis.
•Track conferences, submit abstracts, and schedule Cascadia staff to attend conferences.
•Perform related duties as required.

Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree in a related field and 2+ years administrative experience executing office operations or a related combination of education and experience.
•Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy in carrying out administrative tasks.
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency with Outlook and MS Office programs to include Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Ability to prioritize workload and use independent judgment to resolve issues.
This is a full-time position with a salary in the low to mid 30s accompanied by generous vacation and an excellent benefits package.
