Communications Outreach Associate

EnviroIssues is a public involvement and community outreach consulting firm. We are a staff of 70, and since 1990 have successfully worked to communicate complex government, transportation, environmental, and urban planning issues to members of the public in the Pacific Northwest. Our goal is to provide our clients with the tools for complex decision-making in the public arena.

Communications/Outreach Associate - Seattle

Qualified applicants will have at least three years experience planning and conducting outreach or public involvement activities, or community/public relations, city or state planning, or general communications experience. Applicants must have excellent management and oral and written communication skills. This position requires the ability to understand and explain technical and environmental information to a variety of audiences, often in high-profile situations. Knowledge of Seattle and transportation related issues desired. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
