group leader, one local business at a time.
udulocal delivers an online fundraising program to k-12 schools. To grow our
business nationally while keeping the focus local we are looking for people with
energy, commitment and the communication skills to support our contacts in
communities around the US.

Current Openings: Multiple Full Time - located in Bellevue WA office.
Immediate need!
Roll Summary:
This is an inside community account management roll with daily communication
with new and perspective schools and merchant customers.

The successful candidate:

• Experienced ‘inbound’ and ‘outbound’ account manager.
• Follow-up, close, process and fulfill inbound sales inquiries.
• Establish relationships with existing school partners and expand our
  involvement.
• Educate partner schools on the udulocal program.
• Coordinate contracts and marketing plans with school partners.
• Communicate with customers, and receive and send confirmation of online
  fundraising status.
•  Assist with Social Media efforts and outbound marketing – manage your assigned
  Facebook site and Twitter accounts.

Qualifications:

•  Sales or customer service experience or account management role or inside
  sales.
• Proven track record of sales activity and success.
• Writing skills required as there will be e-mail and online chat. Some
  e-newsletter writing, social media writing and blog posting.
•  Excellent verbal skills.
• Customer services focus in partnering and taking care of customer need while
  balancing that with company procedures required.
• Technology orientation with solid Internet application skills, plus the
  ability and interest to be trained on other software systems as needed.
• Experience and familiarity with the US K-12 public / private school system and
  higher education required.
• Fundraising experience from school activities or other community organizations
  a plus.
• Professional work ethic and attitude to perform work accurately and
  thoroughly.
• 4 year college degree - BS/BA

Pay – DOE:  Full time role pay $12 to $17 / hr.
plus bonsu program.
