CONTRACT - Product Environmental Sustainability Coordinator

Description of Duties

• Organizing supporting documentation from suppliers
• Participating in document audits
• Maintaining project schedules
• Coordinating supplier training and audits

Summary of Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Competency in a technical field (e.g. engineering or physical sciences) or organizational management system (e.g. ISO, Environmental Sustainability, FDA, etc.)
• Exceptional information design skills
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Education

• B.S. in Engineering or Physical Sciences or B.A. plus relevant work experience, certification, or training

Desired Skills

• Project Management experience
• Adobe Frame Maker, Photoshop, (Elements), Acrobat Professional
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Access proficiency
• Microsoft Project
• HTML/CSS
