A small staff, headquartered in Seattle, runs the organization with the help of a global network of participating independent journalists, researchers, designers and thinkers, as well as a large and ardent core audience of active readers. Worldchanging has a well-established track record of delivering award-winning, critically-acclaimed, groundbreaking stories about ideas that matter. Through their work, the Worldchanging team introduces intelligent reasons for believing that action is possible, that better solutions are available, and that a brighter future can be built.

In the six years since its founding, Worldchanging has produced more than 11,000 visionary articles, one bestselling book (with more on the way) and over 300 talks. * Assist with projects that the team is working on as a whole, including fundraising, outreach and promotions.
* Change the world.
