TechniArt Incorporated seeks an upbeat, personable, goal-oriented program manager to support all aspects of our pop-up retail operations in Washington state, including: event management, staffing, logistics, recruitment, inventory, marketing and promotions, and scheduling. Pop-up retail events are high-energy, educational retail environments where consumers can learn about energy-efficient lighting and products and purchase them using a utility discount.

We are a national retailer who works with local utilities and energy efficiency programs to teach and offer their customers energy-efficient products and services through our pop-up retail stores, held at businesses, malls, festivals, trade shows, and other events.

Required Job Qualifications:

Experience in either retail sales, event management, or energy efficiency programs
Enthusiasm for customer relations and relationship building
Outstanding communication skills and a high degree of professionalism while representing clients
Experience supporting a team and/or managing a direct report
Exceptional time management, forecasting, planning and problem-solving skills
Background in booking events, cold calling, and/or hostess coaching is a plus
Experience in Inventory management
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (products and event set up and take down)
Travel required. A CLEAN driving record 5+ years and reliable transportation is a MUST
Desired Job Qualifications:

Ability to drive 16ft and 24ft NON-CDL box truck, or willingness to learn
Experience in the energy, sustainability, or environmental management fields
Experience in client relations
Experience in CRM (Highrise, Sales Force)
Work Schedule:

Ability to work 40 to 50 hours per week generally, between 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Flexibility to work evening and weekend events
Willingness to travel throughout appointed areas from Bellingham to Olympia
Office is located in Kent, WA.

Salary range $45,000 to $50,000, negotiable based on prior experience
