Project Manager

EarthCorps, a Seattle-based conservation corps with a mission to build global community through local environmental service, is seeking a full-time Project Manager to develop and implement environmental restoration projects in the Puget Sound Region. Additional responsibilities include: crew member supervision, program support, training of crew leaders and corps members in environmental restoration, safety, tool use, leadership and natural resource management; contract management including estimates, contract management; preparation of oral and written reports; maintenance of tools and equipment.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree and/or 3-5 years of conservation related experience; hands-on experience with trail construction, wetland, riparian, and upland habitat restoration; demonstrated ability to coordinate and complete multiple projects; proven ability to develop scopes of work and cost estimating for projects; experience mentoring and teaching young adults. The position requires initiative, ingenuity, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work individually and as part of a team. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.
