Sound Home Performance (SHP) is the home performance side of Puget Sound Solar; Seattle’s original full service solar contacting company. SHP provides home performance contracting services from auditing through to retrofits. Our goal is to provide whole house solutions for our clients, from energy conservation to energy production.

Responsibilities Include:
• Leading projects involving insulation, air sealing, ventilation, duct sealing, etc.
• Rough and finish carpentry
• Jobsite maintenance
• Collaboration with subcontractors
• Project reporting
• Oversight of 1-3 workers

Qualifications
• 5 years construction experience
• Strong background in residential remodeling
• Experience with home performance and residential building science
• Good organizational and problem solving skills

Physical Requirements
• Must be comfortable working in crawlspaces and attics
• Must be comfortable working on roofs
• Be able to lift 50+lbs
