Please RSVP for the May Greendrinks; this RSVP will connect you with others like you, and others not like you. It's a great way to help close circles that you just know ought to be closed!

Sierra Nevada Brewery, in their continued coolness, is helping the Seattle Monorail test the train, loading it with 436 water-filled kegs. They are also brewing a special Monorail Ale, and donating proceeds from each keg to a local organization. Greendrinks community, help us! What should Sierra Nevada do with the water after the testing is done? Got ideas? Email info@seattlegreendrinks.org and if your idea is the winner, you'll be recognized at the Seattle Greendrinks 5 Year Celebration (as well as helping responsibly dispose of 70,000 pounds of water...).

Don't forget to sign up for a Green Lunch. The May Green Lunch will pair you with up to four others for a lunch on Friday, 16 May, at a location of your choosing. It's a great way to connect at a micro-scale with others in the Seattle Greendrinks community!

Finally: MAY'S GREENDRINKS (bring your own cup)! THE NEXT GREENDRINKS WILL BE ON TUESDAY, 13 MAY 2008, HOSTED BY ShoreBank Pacific and the Woodland Park Zoo, at Ecohaus. The event will take place at Ecohaus, at 4121 1st Avenue South, 98134, in the SoDo neighborhood. For logistical questions regarding the May Greendrinks, please call 206.682.7332. As per usual, the May Greendrinks will begin between 5:30 and 6pm.
