Sales and Account Manager - Alchemy Goods
Alchemy Goods is a Seattle based company which produces beautiful messenger bags, hand bags, and wallets from reclaimed materials. To provide inputs for our bags, Alchemy Goods has created an expansive recycling network of comprised of bike shops, junkyards, and advertising firms that serve as suppliers of our unique raw materials. As a company positioned at the nexus of the eco-fashion movement, a growing popularity in cycling, and the increased awareness around green collar jobs, we are growing profitably and quickly. -Sales Responsibilities-
• Grow domestic and international wholesale customer base
• Represent Alchemy Goods at trade shows and industry events
• Coordinate factory events including tour and store
-Account Management Responsibilities-
• Provide wholesale customers with outstanding support
• Develop and implement strategy to grow sales within accounts
• Process customer orders / Serve as customer liaison for large custom orders
-Environmental Awareness Requirements-
• Participate in or advocate for bicycle use
• Live a lifestyle in accordance with the reduce, reuse, and recycle philosophy
• Understand cradle to cradle design principles and trends around sustainability in the fashion industry
-Minimum Job Qualifications-
• BA / BS
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Exceptional written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
• Outstanding sales skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in an early stage, constantly evolving, team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Fashion industry experience desirable
• International sales experience a plus
