Do you need community service hours for school or are you passionate about native plants and restoration?

Then this is a great opportunity for you!

Lend a helping hand at King Conservation District's Native Plant Cooperative Nursery. Native plants grown from this nursery are used directly for ecological restoration projects around King County. Learn about growing native plants for stream and wetland restoration projects. Activities include starting plants from seed and cuttings, and transplanting and maintaining nursery stock.

July 25 & 26, 2008 9am - Noon. We can accommodate individuals and groups up to 20 people.

- Open to all ages, youth under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
- Bring drinking water; all tools, gloves and training will be provided.
