RSVP here that you're coming to this month's Greendrinks, to be sure you're included in the online Pathable directory and that you get a name badge.

Check out the featured non-profit from August: Environmental Works. Environmental Works provides sustainable architectural and planning services to low-income community groups throughout the Pacific NW. In August, through our $5/cup donation, we raised over $500, which Environmental Works generously donated to the Cascade People's Center. Come to the September Greendrinks to learn more about this month's featured non-profit, iLEAP, an organization working to cultivate and inspire a new generation of global citizens motivated by a commitment to service and with the practical skills, rigorous critical thinking, and global community of support to create positive social and systemic change in the world.

Don't forget to sign up for your September 12 Green Lunch.

THE NEXT GREENDRINKS, WHICH WILL HAVE A GREEN EDUCATION FOCUS, WILL BE ON TUESDAY, 9 SEPTEMBER 2008, HOSTED BY Antioch University Seattle. They will be hosting at their campus in SLU/North Downtown, at 2326 Sixth Avenue. For logistical questions regarding the September Greendrinks, please call 206.268.4906.

Continued thanks to our ongoing sponsors, The Sierra Nevada Brewing Co, Full Circle Farm, Guayaki, and new sponsors Sustainable Group (check out the new PLA name badges!), and Vine Vixens! As per usual, the September Greendrinks will begin between 5:30 and 6pm.

Please help us reduce waste - even compostable waste - by bringing your own mugs, wine glasses, and the like.

Sponsorship opportunities for the website remain open for 2008.
